The Proust Questionnaire – Fall 2013 Series, Week 3 – Noelle Adams

Nine months later, and both pen names have produced more books that continue to captivate readers. Her latest titles are Missing and Christening, so you should read those, but go back and pick up Escorted as well. Heck, pick up all of her books and make a festival of reading the list!

This week, she’s my third guest for the Fall 2013 Proust Questionnaire, Zoe-style. Welcome, Noelle!

What is your favorite word? Vagabond.

What turns you on? Humor, kindness, and great abs.

What turns you off? Immaturity.

If you had to choose one word to describe yourself, what would it be? Hermit.

If you could live anywhere in the world, other than your home town, where would you be right now? Aix-en-Province, France.

What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? Art historian.

What profession would you not like to do? Politics.

What was the last thing you had to eat and drink? Coffee and chocolate chip cookies.

What is your favorite curse word? I don’t think I have one – I’m not very creative with the curse words.

If you died, and came back as a person or thing, who or what would you be? My dog – she lives in the lap of luxury.

Noelle handwrote her first romance novel in a spiral-bound notebook when she was twelve, and she hasn’t stopped writing since. She has lived in eight different states and currently resides in Virginia, where she teaches English, reads any book she can get her hands on, and offers tribute to a very spoiled cocker spaniel. She loves travel, art, history, and ice cream. After spending far too many years of her life in graduate school, she has decided to reorient her priorities and focus on writing contemporary romances.
